Salame Felino is made in Felino, a city in the Province of Parma. This product combines the best pork meats and the unique climatic conditions of the area. The carefully selected ground pork meat is mixed with whole peppercorns, salt, white wine and natural aromas and it is then stuffed by hand into a pork casing.
